The day was spent with my wife and was going to be a Flamingo land visit, we got there to find it was nearing the end of a 2 week close down (I didn&#8217;t know they closed) oops. We ended up driving to Darlington and went shopping. All in all the day was good. It makes me think about what I have been trying to achieve for the last few years, Writing, Web, Losing Weight, playing games. I have allot of things I start&#8230;. I just don&#8217;t seem to be able to keep any of it up. When I watch the videos of J.K. Rowling and how she wrote those books it makes me want to kick myself for the lack of motivation I have with writing. I see pictures of myself before I got big and I want to kick myself, I read my Linux magazines and want to create better servers, or build websites. Instead do you know what i do&#8230;. nothing! This blog is littered with declarations of me saying its time to do blah blah!!<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/procrastinationstation.me.uk\/Blog\/?attachment_id=531\" rel=\"attachment wp-att-531\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-531 size-medium\" src=\"http:\/\/procrastinationstation.me.uk\/Blog\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/nanowrimo-215x300.jpg\" alt=\"NaNoWriMo\" width=\"215\" height=\"300\" srcset=\"https:\/\/procrastinationstation.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/nanowrimo-215x300.jpg 215w, https:\/\/procrastinationstation.me.uk\/wp-content\/uploads\/2014\/10\/nanowrimo.jpg 436w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 215px) 100vw, 215px\" \/><\/a><\/p>\n<p>My other failure this year is NaNoWriMo, although it was by choice. I did quite a bit of planning for this one but when it came time to write I got well ahead so by day 3 I was the equivalent of day 10. But I wasnt gettign intot the story and just could bring myself to carry on with it. I also didn&#8217;t want to start something last minute either, I like to plan.
