Good Morning all
In 1977 two momentous events took place, they were as follows :
NASA launched the Voyager 1 spacecraft, and it is currently the man made object furthest from the Earth. At the moment it is in the “magnetic Highway” which is at the very edge of our solar system, it reached this place in July of this year and is expected to take a “couple” of years but at that distance who can tell exactly how long (those pesky sat nav devils at work again.) Once Voyager leaves the highway it will be in interstellar space, at this point I am sure that the alien overlords will see that we have reached a level of technology that can offer no resistance to them whatsoever and the invasion of Earth will begin. So stock up on your tins and start building your survival shelter…..
The other momentous event and in my opinion the more important was of course my birth…. (waits for thunderous applause)
