It has been a long while coming but me and the wife are away in Blackpool for three days. We have been looking forward to this for a while.
It’s getting colder but as long as it isn’t raining we should have a good time. It’s just nice to be away from the office (work and home) and spend some alone time with the wife.
We are away for three days and the wife has one suitcase and a plastic bag. I have a bigger suitcase and a rucksack and another bag and then probably more crap. I don’t travel light. Because I don’t know what time I am going to have or what I will want to do I feel the need to bring everything but the kitchen sink with me. Books, Magazines, Writing work, Laptop, iPad and chargers for everything. It makes for allot of stuff for a short break, but I like to make sure my bases are covered.
Any way, off to bed, early start tomorrow.
