I said this in my last post and I have realised that this is part of my problem, I have all of these goals and things I want to do. I think I get caught up on how I am going to get them all done and as a result I don’t get any of them done, or I do so little that there was no point.
To try and combat this I think I am going to relegate working with Linux and computing to the weekend, this will mean I am less likely to get distracted by this during the week. I then need to work out the best way to get the fitness and writing aspects done to a good degree. Fitness I am going to try and arrange for after work, while I am still in a mobile mood.this should help.
Writing is going to be my main focus from now on, although that is going to have to take some thought as I have several “help” books that I am looking at to try and assist my learning. I will pick 2 of these one is for a “course” I will schedule time in for this one and try to run it like I am attending a course, I may even try to go somewhere else to do the work so it lessens the chance of procrastination.
The other part is writing itself, planning my univsere and building some characters to form the central story arc I am planning.
I feel like I am moving forward, that is something.
